But boy, could those walls use some soundproofing! The chatter from neighbors and the sound of running water from the sewer played a never-ending lullaby. Also, the mattresses could use an upgrade. that gap in the middle made for a less-than-stellar night's sleep.

I appreciated the 24-hour reception, especially when I needed assistance late at night. However, I noticed some areas for improvement. The bathroom had a strong sewer smell, which was unpleasant. It filled the room if the door was left open. Additionally, the bar closed too early, at 9 PM, which limited evening options. The soundproofing could be better. I heard noises from the hallways and neighboring rooms. Overall, it’s a decent place with beautiful views, but some issues need addressing.

The cozy lobby with its warm light and inviting decor felt like a snug hug on a chilly mountain evening, perfect for chatting over a hot chocolate. Accessibility was friendly, making it easy for everyone to enjoy.

A small fridge in the room would be nice.

We had a fantastic time exploring the 40 km of beautiful cross-country trails, which took us past the source of the Sava River. The hotel's proximity to these trails made it easy for our family outings. The views from our room were amazing.

In my wife’s opinion, the dining options for children could be improved.

The breakfast offered make-your-own waffles, fresh pastries, and plenty of hot dishes. The superior triple room had a flat-screen TV, private bathroom with shower, and a cozy carpeted feel. I loved the spa facilities with a hot tub and sauna. Perfect for a ski trip, right next to the slopes!

Also, the atmosphere was pleasant, thanks to the courteous staff, though the parking lot management could be more efficient.

Just wish the food at dinner was better. some dishes were spoiled, and the chef was a bit rude when we brought it up.
